Inter City Retreading, Inc., Joins ContiLifeCycle™ Network

  • Inter City Retreading, Inc., now offering ContiTread™ retreaded truck tires servicing New York and New Jersey

Fort Mill, South Carolina. October 27, 2015.Continental Tire the Americas, LLC’s Commercial Vehicle Tire group (Continental) is proud to welcome Inter City Retreading, Inc. (Inter City Retreading), an affiliate of Inter City Tire and Auto Center, Inc., into the ContiLifeCycle™ dealership network.

Inter City Tire and Auto Center, Inc., based in Elizabeth, New Jersey, has been in business for over 35 years and operates one of the largest independent heavy duty truck repair centers in the New York Tri-State area, in addition to its multi-location commercial tire service network. In August, Inter City Retreading converted their 20,000 square-foot production facility and upgraded to new retread equipment. The upgrades allow for initial production of approximately 78,000 retreads annually.

As part of the ContiLifeCycle™ dealer network, Inter City Retreading will be offering Continental’s ContiTread™ brand of retreaded truck tires to their customers throughout New Jersey as well as lower and middle New York.
